delayed,corrupted(i.e.,haveerrors)orbetotallylost.
Althoughsignificantdelaysorlossesofdataarerarewhen
wirelessdevicessuchastheSierraWirelessAirLinkPinPoint‐E
areusedin
anormalmannerwithawell‐constructednetwork,
theSierraWirelessAirLinkPinPoint‐Eshouldnotbeusedin
situationswherefailuretotransmitorreceivedatacouldresult
indamageofanykindtotheuseroranyotherparty,including
butnotlimitedtopersonalinjury,death,or
lossofproperty.
SierraWirelessacceptsnoresponsibilityfordamagesofany
kindresultingfromdelaysorerrorsindatatransmittedor
receivedusingtheSierraWirelessAirLinkPinPoint‐E,orfor
failureoftheSierraWirelessAirLinkPinPoint‐Etotransmitor
receivesuchdata.

WirelessAirLinkPinPoint‐Ecantransmitsignalsthatcould
interferewiththisequipment.
DonotoperatetheSierraWirelessAirLink PinPoint‐Einany
aircraft,whethertheaircraftisonthegroundorinflight.In
aircraft,theSierraWirelessAirLinkPinPoint‐EMU STBE
POWEREDOFF.Whenoperating,theSierraWirelessAirLink
PinPoint‐Ecantransmitsignalsthatcouldinterferewith
various
onboardsystems.
Note: Some airlines may permit the use of cellular phones while the
aircraft is on the ground and the door is open. Sierra Wireless AirLink
PinPoint-E may be used at this time.
Thedriveroroperatorofanyvehicleshouldnotoperatethe
SierraWirelessAirLinkPinPoint‐Ewhileincontrolofa
vehicle.Doingsowilldetractfromthedriveroroperatorʹs
