WhenProsoftTechnologyRadioLinxmodemsareusedin
placeofradios,aRavenXTisconnectedtothecentralstation
(host)andaRavenXTisconnectedtoeachremoteunit.When
theRavenXTisconfiguredforModbuswithUDP,theRaven
XTconnectedtothehostcanstorealist
ofIPaddressesor
nameswithmatchingIDs.Whenthehostatthecentralstation
sendsserialdataasapollrequest,theRavenXTatthehost
matchestheRTUIDtoacorrespondingIPofaRavenXTata
remoteunit.AUDPpacketisassembledencapsulating
the
RTUIDandserialdatatransmittedfromthehost.TheUDP
packetisthentransmittedtothespecificRavenXTatthe
