delayed,corrupted(i.e.,haveerrors)orbetotallylost.
Althoughsignificantdelaysorlossesofdataarerarewhen
wirelessdevicessuchastheSierraWirelessAirLinkPinPointX
areusedin
anormalmannerwithawell‐constructednetwork,
theSierraWirelessAirLinkPinPointXshouldnotbeusedin
situationswherefailuretotransmitorreceivedatacouldresult
indamageofanykindtotheuseroranyotherparty,including
butnotlimitedtopersonalinjury,death,or
lossofproperty.
SierraWirelessacceptsnoresponsibilityfordamagesofany
kindresultingfromdelaysorerrorsindatatransmittedor
receivedusingtheSierraWirelessAirLinkPinPointX,orfor

DonotoperatetheSierraWirelessAirLink PinPointXinany
aircraft,whethertheaircraftisonthegroundorinflight.In
aircraft,theSierraWirelessAirLinkPinPointXMUSTBE
POWEREDOFF.Whenoperating,theSierraWirelessAirLink
PinPointXcantransmitsignalsthatcouldinterferewith
various
onboardsystems.
Note: Some airlines may permit the use of cellular phones while the
aircraft is on the ground and the door is open. Sierra Wireless AirLink
PinPoint X may be used at this time.
Thedriveroroperatorofanyvehicleshouldnotoperatethe
SierraWirelessAirLinkPinPointXwhileincontrolofa
vehicle.Doingsowilldetractfromthedriveroroperatorʹs
controlandoperationofthatvehicle.Insomestatesand
provinces,operatingsuchcommunicationsdeviceswhilein

avehicleisanoffence.
